Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to the Create a Fillable PDF website, API, and dashboard.

This is a starting template. Have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, company, and authentication details.
• Documents you submit: the PDFs you convert and the resulting fillable files and schema.
• Usage data: API calls, pages processed, timing, and confidence scores for billing and reliability.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To provide and bill the Service, to support you, to keep the Service secure, and to improve reliability. We do not use your documents to train models.

Document retention

Converted files are stored only long enough to deliver them and are deleted within 24 hours. Field schemas and usage metadata are retained for your history and billing.

Subprocessors

We use a small set of vendors to run the Service (hosting, the AI model provider, payments, and email). See the Subprocessors page for the current list.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. Email security@createafillablepdf.com.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is least-privilege and logged.
