Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between you ("Controller") and Create a Fillable PDF, Inc. ("Processor").
This is a starting template. Have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it.
1. Scope
We process the documents and personal data you submit only to provide the Service (detecting form fields and returning fillable PDFs).
2. Processing details
- Subject matter: PDF form conversion.
- Duration: for the term of your account; converted files are deleted within 24 hours.
- Data types: whatever appears in the documents you submit, plus account/usage metadata.
3. Subprocessors
We use the subprocessors listed on our Subprocessors page. We will give notice before adding a new one.
4. Security
We apply encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and logging. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Data subject requests & deletion
We assist you in responding to data-subject requests and delete data on request within 30 days.
6. International transfers
Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. SCCs).
